The mandate covers the modernization of an existing medical clinic's façade, a two-volume red-brick building, along with the enlargement of the ground-floor entry vestibule around the existing elevator.
Two sculpted entrance portals, clad in champagne-toned metal panel in one option and in brick matching the existing building in another, flank a central pier carrying the clinic's signage. The renderings explore both material treatments under late-day light, while a ground-floor plan details the vestibule expansion along the existing elevator wall.
Zahra Bensaidane produced the visual renders for this project.
This project was developed at EXA Architecture & Design, prior to the founding of ZAAR Atelier. It is presented here as professional experience at EXA, not as a mandate completed by ZAAR Atelier. These visuals are published with the employer's authorization.
